If you’re in the UK, download the X Factor app for five free votes. Follow the phone number directions on screen on the show. IN IRELAND
- The Ireland voting number is different to that shown on screen and is a premium rate number (60c).
- For a landline dial 1513-711-3 and the last two digits will be given tonight ( will be either 01, 02, 03, 04, 05 or 06).
- For a mobile the Ireland voting number is the same as above. However, please contact customer service of your mobile provider (ie 3 or Vodafone etc) to unblock premium rate numbers on the phone.
THE APP IN IRELAND
- Usually Ireland voters can’t use the X Factor App. However, Tuam company Phonebooth.ie have found a way for it to work on Android phones. It doesn’t work for iPhones.
