Work on new school for Tuam to start in Spring

IT is hoped that work on Phase One of the new school building for Archbishop McHale College, Tuam may start as soon as next March or April as the contract is due to go to tender later this month.
A spokesperson for the Galway-Roscommon Education and Training Board (GRETB) has confirmed to The Tuam Herald that it is expected it will go to tender “within a matter of weeks”.
