Don't panic and sell cattle too soon, says IFA Chairman

DON’T panic and flood the market with cheap beef. Farmers who do are only playing into the hands of the factories who are paying derisory rates right now and taking advantage of the problems caused by the bad weather.
This is the blunt message Galway IFA Chairman Pat Murphy is anxious to get out to concerned farmers this week.
He told The Herald that there was evidence of farmers panicking and selling too soon.
