N.U.I.G. vs Mayo in FBD League final on Friday evening

MAYO 0-14 Roscommon 1-9. Late points by Barry Moran and Alan Dillon sealed victory for Mayo in this FBD League game at Ballinlough on Sunday. The Connacht champions, mainly through the accuracy of Conor Mortimer, were 0-7 to 0-2 ahead at the interval but Roscommon, inspired by Kevin Higgins' spectacular 51st minute goal, played much better in the second half.
