Strangest results day

LEAVING Cert students returned to their schools in Tuam this week to celebrate their results despite them being issued online in what has been a historic and disruptive year for the State exams.
Calculated grade results were issued to students online on Monday morning, with many students opting to visit their schools to share their success.
At least two students in the town achieved the maximum 625 points with Presentation College and Mercy Secondary School celebrating top marks.
