Playboy on his way to Milltown

One of the great moments of The Playboy.

J M Synge’s timeless classic, The Playboy of the Western World, is the subject of Milltown Drama Society’s latest theatrical offering, showing at the local community centre on Friday and Saturday, March 22 and 23.

The performance will mark the society’s sixth production since its formation in 2014, following on from M J Molloy’s The Paddy Pedlar, John B Keane’s Many Young Men of Twenty, Sean O’Casey’s The Plough and the Stars, Arthur Miller’s All My Sons, and Philadelphia Here I Come by Brien Friel.
