Atlantic summit in Galway

AN INTERNATIONAL conference in Galway will highlight critical priorities and future skills needed for ocean research.

The Atlantic Summit Galway 2026 on October 8 and 9 will be organised by Atlantic Technological University, the Marine Institute, and University of Galway with support from the Department of Further and Higher Education, Research, Innovation and Science.

The two-day summit will focus on identifying critical priorities for Atlantic Ocean research, examining future skills needs, and fostering innovation to support ocean economy.
