Windows smashed in Dunmore
GARDAÍ are investigating two incidents of windows being smashed in Dunmore over the Christmas and New Year period.
The first incident occurred in the early hours of Sunday, December 28. Around 1am the window of a house on Bridge Street in the town centre was broken. A male was seen running from the scene at the time.
A week later, on Sunday, January 4, a half beer keg was thrown at the window of a house on Barrack Street in the town. The incident occurred around 9pm that night and the window was broken.
Gardaí are appealing for anyone who may have witnessed either of these incidents or who have any information relating to them to contact Dunmore Garda Station on 093-39490.
