NEEDING a draw to be certain of a Galway Senior Hurling Championship preliminary quarter-final place, Turloughmore recorded a straightforward victory over Ardrahan on Sunday afternoon to qualify in second from Group 2 and set up a clash with Killimordaly.

For Ardrahan, a third straight defeat condemns them to the relegation playoffs where neighbours Gort will be their semi-final opponents.
