'We're building momentum and character every day we go out'

Saturday was a career-best day for Annaghdown clubman Damien Comer. His leadership and drive were central to Galway's come-from-behind All-Ireland semi-final win over Derry with a return of 2-2 effectively deciding the outcome.

"It's a massive win. We're building momentum and character every day we go out.

“These games are bringing us all on. You get so much for coming out the right side of them. It's great to be having good days at Croke Park. We've had enough tough days. It's a different world, a different feeling which is great," Damien Comer told Herald Sport.
