Olivia gives back to the community

SPEAKERS from the Youth Suicide Prevention Ireland (YPSI) travelled to Barnaderg last Thursday for a mental health awareness evening organised by a local woman who took her parachute and jumped for a good cause in September.

Between 50 and 60 people were at the community centre in Barnaderg village for the information evening, delivered by YPSI, and organised by Olivia Rooney.

Olivia did the Athenry Skydive for Life on September 12 with the Irish Parachute Club in Clonbollogue in Offaly to raise funds for the YPSI.
