Seven rural homes blitzed by burglars in one night
THIEVES appear to have struck at least seven homes on the one night in a blitz on rural North Galway.
Houses in Dunmore, Clonberne, Glenamaddy and Williamstown were all broken into at varying times on Thursday, February 9.
The culprits made off with varying sums of cash, jewellery, household items and in one instance, a firearm. Gardai at Tuam Garda Station are heading up the investigation into all of the incidents and homeowners are reminded to be vigilant about their security.
