Dr Orla Flynn is first ATU President

ORLA FLYNN has been in her car quite a bit these past few months.

The nature of her job dictates so. GMIT, IT Sligo and Letterkenny IT (LYIT) have come together under the ATU banner, and this is the educational institution’s first academic year in existence.

The merger became official on April Fool’s Day this year, but the merger has been no joke for Orla and her car.
