FOR nearly two decades Kaiser Chiefs have been one of the UK’s biggest bands, known for chart–topping tunes and fantastic live shows. They perform at the Heineken Big Top on Saturday July 23, as part of Galway International Arts Festival.

Exciting line-up for Galway Arts Festival

Extensive programme of events announced on Tuesday

GALWAY International Arts Festival 2022, which will run from July 11-24, has announced a jam-packed programme of events that includes the return of Chicago’s world-renowned Steppenwolf with Sam Shepard’s True West and an array of musical talent at the Big Top.

Indeed, the live music line-up at the Big Top in Fisheries Field is eye-catching, with Pixies, The Stunning, The Flaming Lips, The Academic, Kaiser Chiefs, Sinéad O’Connor and Jon Hopkins all set to perform.

Welcoming audiences back in person after the pandemic, organisers invite festival-goers to once again wander the streets, galleries and venues around Galway and to celebrate great art and entertainment.
