Bollards needed in Headford to keep footpaths free

PEOPLE with mobility issues should be guaranteed safety on the streets of Headford, where ongoing traffic and parking issues are causing major problems for wheelchair users, according to a local councillor.
An incident in the town last week saw a wheelchair user stranded on a footpath where a large car had been parked, blocking access to pedestrians.
