The Producers drew tears of laughter from their audiences

“HERE comes the audience now/The doors are open, they’re on their way/Let’s hear what they have to say”… The number that kicks off The Producers goes on to exclaim that Max Bialystock’s latest show is the next in a long line of flops. As far as the Marian Choral Society’s latest show is concerned, nothing could be further than the truth – a hit is the only way to accurately describe it.
On the second night of the five night run of The Producers, there were people exiting St Jarlath’s College Hall still wiping their eyes after crying tears of laughter from start to finish.
