Work to start on Tuam’s long-awaited NCT centre

THREE years after it was first mooted, work is due to begin in the coming weeks on the provision of an NCT centre in Tuam.

The former Hi-Way Garage on the Dublin Road, also previously the Las Vegas ballroom, and later Club Amarillo, will be transformed into a new vehicle test location for Co Galway.
