County Mayoral Ball raises funds for Tuam Cancer Care and Console

Cathaoirleach of Galway Co Council Cllr. Peter Roche is hosting this year’s Mayoral Charity Ball this Saturday, April 30 in the Ard Rí House Hotel, Tuam to help raise much needed funds for two very worthy beneficiaries, Console and Tuam Cancer Care.

''I am fortunate to have this opportunity to host this year’s County Mayoral Ball which is a huge honour. We have a great night's entertainment planned and very much look forward to having a packed house on what promises to be a wonderful night,” said Cllr Roche.

Cllr. Roche is very aware of the valuable work undertaken by Console, as an Ambassador for the Charity, and of the importance of the emotional and practical support that Tuam Cancer Care offers to those with a cancer diasnosis and their families. 

'I am delighted that all the proceeds from the Mayoral Charity Ball, will help two very deserving charities, continue the valuable work they both undertake in our local communiites.'

A drinks reception kicks of celebrations at 7.30pm followed by a fabulous meal provided by the Ard Rí House Hotel, with a full range of entertainment throughout the evening.
