Death fears after shotgun hit on home

A CALL has been made by the latest victim of an on-going feud within the Tuam Traveller community to bring the violence to an end before someone is seriously injured or killed.
It comes in the wake of the latest gun attack on a home which, were it not for a Garda warning, would have put three of the victim’s children in grave danger.
There is now real concern of an escalation of the feud which many had assumed had ended after a brokered peace deal some weeks ago.
This came in the wake of another feud-related gun attack on a home in Gilmartin Road, Tuam and several incidents of violence and intimidation.
