Faith of young is alive, says new Diocesan Youth Director

THE new Diocesan Youth Director for Tuam Archdiocese, Siobhán Bradley, is enthusiastic about facing the challenges in her new role and she agrees with recent comments by the Papal Nuncio to Ireland that the faith of young people here is very much alive.
“Only last week the Papal Nuncio Fr Charles Browne made the comment that one thing that has struck him about Ireland was that the faith of the young people is really alive, and having worked with young people for the past few years I agree with him,” says Siobhán who is from Poolboy, Ballinasloe but now lives in Claregalway.
Archbishop Neary has announced the appointment of Siobhán to the post — she takes over this job in succession to Trish O’Brien who has been in that role since 2012.
