Greenway trial was massive boost for campaign

Organisers said it was astonishing to see the crowds involved with all groups represented including schools, sporting clubs, business people, clergy and community organisations.
Cllr Shaun Cunniffe, who will table a motion at a Galway County Council meeting in September to seek funds for a feasibility study into the greenway, said the event was a 'game changer' for the campaign.
