Larissa's new CD

COWGIRLS Never Cry sings Country & Eastern (yes Eastern!) singer Larissa Tormey from Moscow who is now married to an Irish farmer and sings Country with a Russian flavour on her new album.

Larissa has even co-written some new words of the John Denver hit Thank God I’m A Country Boy to Thank God I’m a Country Girl. To paraphrase what she sings on this song it’s that Moscow life wasn’t as attractive for her as becoming an Irish country girl.

Larissa moved to the Midlands of Ireland some years ago from Moscow and has been recording and singing since.
