DUNMORE MacHales got their Intermediate Championship campaign off to a winning start against a battling Menlough side on Saturday evening in Duggan Park.
The first half of this game saw the teams level on four occasions, with the lead switching hands no fewer than five times. It seemed poised to continue in that fashion when Menlough levelled again shortly after half-time. But Dunmore got their noses in front and would lead until the finish, pulling away in the final ten minutes.
