New homes will aid completion of unfinished Tuam estate

A LARGE Tuam residential development that was originally granted permission 15 years ago looks set to finally be completed.
Planning permission has been granted to build 22 houses and complete the shell of a further six units in the Tir an Choir estate at Vicarschoral Land, to the rear of Tuam Stadium and the old railway station.
The subject lands were purchased by FP Asset Holdings Ltd, owned by Comer Group Ireland, which is run by the billionaire builder Glenamaddy Comer brothers.
