Rail services review is to be published — finally

THE long-awaited review of rail services along the Western Rail Corridor is due to be published imminently, according to Transport Minister Eamon Ryan who has held a meeting with members of Galway County Council.
The report into the viability of restoring a rail service between Athenry and Claremorris was completed last year but the former Transport Minister Shane Ross refused to makes its findings known.
