Ambitious plan to regenerate Tuam awaits verdict of public
AMBITIOUS plans for the regeneration of Tuam have gone on display as part of a public consultation process to progress a master plan that has been drawn up for the town centre.
The Tuam Regeneration Master Plan, which received funding of €175,000 through the Rural Regeneration Fund last year, is open to submissions from the public up until Friday August 14.
Seven key areas of the town have been identified in the overall plan which has gone on display in the town’s local area office.
