Men: Clean yourselves up!
There really is a gender gap when it comes to who’s most concerned about hygiene, grooming or looking good.
Of course there are the handful of metrosexuals, those men who groom themselves to within an inch of their lives, look immaculate all the time and dress well. I’m not referring to that small group in my world but to men at large.
In my book any beauty or fashion advice to the opposite sex would be simple – shower regularly, brush your teeth and change your underwear on a daily basis! Simple.
They have no excuse as there are almost as many products on the market now for washing, scrubbing, polishing and whatever as there are for women.
