A motorist detected speeding on the M6 motorway was not insured, a court heard.
Garda Padraic Conolly of Tuam Garda Station detected Bradley Fagan speeding at 8.42pm on the M6 Motorway near Ballinasloe on December 9, 2025.
Garda Connolly said the driver of 85 Old County Road, Crumlin, Dublin 12, was caught driving at a speed of 172 km/h in a 120 km/h zone.
A fixed charge penalty notice that was issued went unpaid, and he failed to produce insurance or a licence, the court heard.
