Galway man in EirGrid Graduate Programme

DARA Golden from Galway is supporting the future of Ireland's electricity grid through his involvement in EirGrid's Graduate Programme, which is now open for applications.

Applications for the 2027 EirGrid Graduate Programme opened last Friday for graduates interested in building careers across engineering, IT, cyber security, business, finance, economics and more. The closing date for applications is October 30.

Golden was selected for the programme after completing a degree in electronic and computer engineering and a Masters in artificial intelligence at the University of Galway.

“What I enjoy most is using technology to solve real problems,” said Dara Golden, who joined the Graduate Programme through the organisation's Data and AI Lab.
