Kennys Bookshop to host award winning author

KENNYS Bookshop in Galway will welcome award winning author Paul Howard to their store this Wednesday, September 2.

Paul has won a record four Irish Book Awards and is a former Irish Sports Journalist of the Year and Irish Newspaper Columnist of the Year.

The creator of the Ross O’Carroll-Kelly series will discuss the launch of his new book, A Nation Once Again. The satirical book focuses on a secret Irish civil service department, run by a Fiach O’Bric who is a career diplomat looking forward to a quiet retirement, tasked with planning for a United Ireland.

Signed copies of the book will be available to purchase at the event which begins at 6pm. Tickets are free and can be booked by visiting the Kennys.ie.
