Big screen viewing of Hurling final in Galway

THE HEINEKEN Big Top will swap music acts for a giant screen as fans gather at the iconic venue to watch Galway in the All-Ireland Hurling Final. It will transform into a vibrant gathering place for supporters, families, and visitors for the big game against Limerick on Sunday July 19.

This big screen event is designed to be family friendly, accessible, and free, ensuring that the entire community can come together to support Galway’s hurlers on one of the biggest days of the sporting calendar.

“Galway is a city shaped by sport, culture, and community. Hosting a free big screen viewing of the All Ireland Final in the Heineken Big Top during the Galway International Arts Festival brings these elements together in a straightforward way,” stated Mayor of Galway City Helen Ogbu.

“It’s a chance for supporters, families, and visitors to come together in a cultural setting to share the occasion and celebrate our maroon spirit. Gaillimh Abú!”
