Moylough farmers lead the Galway charge to Dáil protest

A GROUP of frustrated farmers from Moylough and the surrounding areas will take part in a tractor protest at the Dáil today (Wednesday) in a bid to force the government to address a number of concerns regarding their livelihoods.
Up to 500 tractors are due to converge at Leinster House at 2pm this afternoon, in a follow-on demonstration from a similar protest held last November, which brought gridlock to the capital for several hours.
