Strong opposition to Mountbellew bus route changes

MORE than 50 submissions, mostly objections, have been lodged regarding plans to change the bus route between Mountbellew and Galway.

The NTA, National Transport Authority, is proposing to reroute the service (425a) to take in Athenry. It also plans to establish a new route (416) to operate between Athenry and Tuam. However, many of those using the Mountbellew service aren’t happy with the planned changes.
