Davin nets hat-trick for Tuam
THREE confidently finished goals from Luke Davin lit up Sunday afternoon’s one-sided Galway Senior Football Championship Group 3 dead rubber as Tuam Stars eased to an expected comfortable victory over Annaghdown in rain-sodden Athenry.
Davin made up a prolific inside forward line with Jack Grugan and Brian Mannion. Between them, the trio accounted for 3-7 of Tuam's total and brought their contribution up to 4-25, 4-19 from open play, across their three round-robin matches. Not only are they in serious form and scoring very heavily, they are linking up extremely well too.
