Students showcase design works
AN Art and Design Exhibition in Tuam will feature the work of students from Art and Digital Media programmes at Galway and Roscommon Education and Training Board’s (GRETB) Further Education Centre.
The exhibition ‘Dimensions’ will be held at Airglooney House, Tuam this Friday, June 6 from 11am to 2pm with free admission for all visitors.
This end-of-year exhibition showcases a vibrant and diverse range of work, including drawing, painting, sculpture, mixed media and digital art. It celebrates the creativity, dedication, and skill development of learners who have spent the year exploring their artistic voices in a supportive studio environment.
‘Dimensions’ marks a significant milestone for the participants and is an opportunity for the wider community to experience the innovative and expressive work emerging from this growing programme.
The event will be formally opened by Ben Geoghegan, CCAM (Computing, Creative Arts and Media) ATU Galway and will also include guests from GRETB and Action Tuam.
For someone considering a creative path, this exhibition is a fantastic opportunity to see what the QQI Level 5 and Digital Media programmes at Airglooney have to offer.
Dimensions promises to be an inspiring event for anyone, be it an art lover, a supporter of local education, or someone exploring creative learning opportunities.
