Hello Tuam also hosts positive mental health event

DUNMORE MacHales GAA club is hosting a free mental health workshop this evening (Friday), called ‘Let’s Get the Ball Rolling’, which will feature prominent speakers from within the GAA community.

Included are ex-Galway hurler and now addiction counsellor and life coach Justin Campbell; top inter-county Gaelic football referee David Gough; and former Dublin senior footballer and author Shane Carthy. Meanwhile, a Hello Tuam event will be hosted in the town next Tuesday evening, April 4, to encourage members of the public to engage in and promote positive mental health.
