Neasa Cosgrove appointed ahead of amalgamation of schools

TUAM’S new secondary school has announced the appointment of its principal ahead of the amalgamation of Presentation College and Scoil Bhríde later this year.

Neasa Cosgrove, current principal of the Pres, will lead High Cross College as it embarks on a new chapter of co-educational secondary schooling in the town from September 2023. The school’s interim Board of Management made the announcement over Christmas.

Colin Reddy, BoM chairperson, congratulated Ms Cosgrove on her appointment and wished her every success in her role as principal.

“The Interim Board of Management of High Cross College is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms Neasa Cosgrove as Principal of High Cross College, which is the newly amalgamated school of Presentation College Currylea and Mercy Secondary School, Tuam,” he said…
