Society ‘nuns’ to find their voices in ‘Sister Act’

Marian Choral Society launch November show

THE Marian Choral Society officially launched their 2022 production of Sister Act in the Ard Rí House Hotel last Friday night, with Chairman Stuart Barrows announcing that this will be the society’s 44th autumn performance.

Addressing the gathering, Stuart thanked the production team, in particular Director and Choreographer Ronan Lardner and Musical Director Shane Farrell for their hard work and commitment in shaping another wonderful MCS musical.

He also thanked the committee who work tirelessly throughout the year, especially on the run up to show time, organising fundraisers, as well as the show itself.

Sponsor Seamie Walsh was thanked for his sponsorship towards the launch as well as Siobhán and the staff at the Ard Rí House Hotel who welcomed everyone to the venue on Friday…
