Showcase of local talent kickstarts summer in North Galway venues

Julie Feeney among artists performing over June Bank Holiday weekend

OUTDOOR and indoor concerts featuring local musicians and singer-songwriters will be held at Ballyglunin Train Station and the Mall Theatre in Tuam over the June Bank Holiday weekend.

The events are co-ordinated by the Three Rings arts group, which has secured funding from the Local Live Performance Support Scheme (LLPS) announced by Tourism, Arts and Culture Minister Catherine Martin.

Outdoor performances will take place at Ballyglunin Station and indoor at The Mall Theatre under the banner Ceol an TSamhraidh, which is supported by Galway County Council …
