Two-time All-Ireland winner Siobhán Coen retires from Galway

BALLINDERREEN clubwoman Siobhán Coen has called time on her inter-county camogie career that brought All-Ireland medals with Galway at minor, intermediate and senior level, as well as two National League titles.

Coen won the O'Duffy Cup in her first senior season with Galway in 2013 and more recently in 2019, and was a member of Cathal Murray's panel during their run to the All-Ireland final in December.

In a statement released on Galway Camogie’s own website, Coen was praised for her “wonderful contribution both as a person and a player to the success Galway has achieved since she first donned the maroon and white jersey.”
