Community angered as vandals target sports facility

COMMUNITY volunteers in Moylough have expressed their anger after the local sports field suffered thousands of euros worth of damage at the weekend at the hands and feet of vandals.
It’s understood that the damage to the dressing rooms and stand occurred sometime between Thursday night and Saturday night. Two doors, one of which was for a disabled toilet, were kicked in, timber seating in the stand was ripped up and destroyed and damage was caused to a concrete block wall at the facility.
