IDA told to ‘pull up their socks’

IDA officials are to be summoned to a meeting with representatives from Tuam to be quizzed on what, if any, progress they are making in attracting further investment to the town.
A new marketing strategy for the North Galway region was promised by the agency but local councillors aren't aware if this has been completed or if the many acres in Tuam have been shown to potential foreign investors.
