Nathan’s main woman is his Granny

WHILE thousands of women all over Ireland, and beyond, all want to be close to young Country heartthrob Nathan Carter, the woman who was instrumental in guiding him to his initial success is a granny who is still touring with him.
It was his granny Anne McCoy and his grandfather John who honed his singing skills from an early age and they were on the flight from Liverpol into Knock Airport last week to join him for his current tour of Ireland, which started in Castlebar.
Nathan’s young brother Jake, who also sings with him on some of the shows, was with them as they journeyed back to this country where the young Liverpool man has become a superstar.
