Massive 6000 watt light to shine on tuams music fest

A MASSIVE 6,000 watt light will shine high above the town of Tuam over the weekend as part of the two-day SugarBeat music festival.
The organisers are optimistic that ticket sales will reach the capacity of 2,400 people for Saturday and Sunday and while all the team is working flat out to ensure everything runs smoothly, the only factor they can’t influence is the weather.
However, organiser Shane Donnellan told The Tuam Herald says rain or shine, the two-day music event is all set to be a great success.
Bunting has been erected throughout the town, many pubs have painted their windows with bands performing and traders and businesses are rallying behind the festival with additional entertainment and event over the entire weekend.
