Going hog wild for charity on Bonfire night in Tuam

AS Monday is Bonfire Night, people in the Tuam area are being invited to go hog wild at an event where there will be music and song in the old Celtic style with a pig being cooked on a spit, and all in aid of Galway Simon.
This Midsummer festival BBQ will take place at Atlantic Hogs, the farm of Michael O’Toole in Cloonfush, on the Monday June 23 from 6 pm to 10 pm, and apart from the music and tasty pork there will also be a bouncy castle and it is fine to bring your own picnic too.
“All our produce here are free range and while we have had some parties here before this is the first time that we have done an event like this for a charitable organisation and we are delighted to help Galway Simon,” says farmer Michael O’Toole.
