TUAM could lose its top-ranking garda in a new restructuring of the Galway Division, and be governed by Ballinasloe.

Chief Superintendent Tom Curley this week revealed a new proposal that would see changes to Garda hierarchy and the way districts are organised within the Garda Siochana.
