Knockma trail extension will be open within weeks

WORK has started on the extension to the Knockma trail which will for the first time allow walkers to enjoy panoramic views.

The new loop will circle the prehistoric cairns at the top of the hill, opening up a vista over Lough Corrib and the Connemara Mountains, the Clare Hills and south-east towards Knockroe Hill at Abbeyknockmoy.
