Kilkerrin-Clonberne and Corofin for Ladies County Final

KILKERRIN-CLONBERNE and Corofin ladies will meet again in the County Senior Football Championship final after both came through semi-final hurdles in Annaghdown on Sunday.
The opening game in the Cregg double-header produced an enthralling spectacle as Corofin edged over the line against Moycullen by 1-23 to 2-19 after extra-time.
Brian O’Donovan’s charges trailed by seven at one stage before holding a three-point lead, but Moycullen clawed their way back.
The eventual winners’ experience told in the added 20 minutes as Róisín Leonard (two) and Amy O’Donovan created another three-point advantage.
