Raftery: We’ve shown character

 "Absolutely honoured," was the reaction of team captain Conor Raftery (Glenamaddy) to leading Galway out at Croke Park.

"When management came to me at the start, I was a bit shocked at first really. When it sinks in, you're just honoured to be made captain of a minor team in Galway."
