Headford to set up county’s first anti-racism network

HEADFORD is to set up the first Anti-Racism Network in Co Galway after a huge turn out to the inaugural county meeting of the Galway Anti-Racism Network (GARN) in the town last week.
Up to 60 people attended the event in St Fursa’s Hall last Tuesday, which was called in response to fears that a far right meeting was being planned in the town.
